Kevin Wood is a freelance editor and writing coach with a diverse range of clients across myriad mediums. He previously served as a lead editor for the online publication Good Men Project, focused on social justice and queer issues. A former educator, Kevin has taught at the elementary and university levels and presented widely on social justice teaching and using anti-bias curriculum. Kevin holds master’s degrees from The Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins University and the School of Education at NYU. He has also served as a writing teacher consultant with the Bay Area Writing Project at The University of California at Berkeley.

Kevin’s own writing includes essays, op-eds, poetry, and creative nonfiction, featured in publications such as Fast Company, Witness Magazine, Litro Magazine, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, American Chordata, Thought Catalog, The Manifest-Station, SAGE, Thrive Global, Digital Paper and Good Men Project. After two decades in New York City, he now lives in Barcelona, Spain.
